Jochen Engelhardt

Dr. Jochen Engelhardt is the Microsoft Head of Legal and Assistant General Counsel for Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMA), a region consisting of 109 countries. Together with his team he is responsible to handle all commercial legal issues. Prior to his role in CEMA he held several positions in the legal department of Microsoft. Jochen started his career at the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer focusing on IT and IP matters. Jochen lives with his family in Munich, Germany.
