Jens Eckhardt

Dr. Jens Eckhardt, lawyer and partner at pitc legal Eckhardt Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB, specialist lawyer for information technology law, data protection auditor (TÜV) and IT compliance manager (TÜV), has been advising in the areas of data protection, information technology, telecommunications and marketing since 2001. He advises national and international companies in these areas - both strategically (in particular on outsourcing, the introduction of new systems, processes and technologies and marketing strategy and technologies) and on a case-by-case basis (in particular on enquiries from supervisory authorities, legal disputes and individual issues). He is co-editor and author of a number of specialised legal publications. He is also a member of the board of EuroCloud Deutschland_eco e.V. and the board of BvD Berufsverband der Datenschutzbeauftragten e.V.
