Marek Gerhalter

Mag. Marek Gerhalter, LL.M. is Head of the International Affairs Department in the Austrian Data Protection Authority. His area of ​​work includes inter alia conducting national and cross-border complaint and approval procedures as well as ex officio investigations. Further fields of work are located in the European Data Protection Board in Brussels with focus on international data transfers. He regularly publishes and gives lectures on the subject of data protection.
